We make ordering custom towels and bath linens easy and seamless.
Here’s how we work with you from concept to delivery:
1. Initial Consultation: We'll hop on a 20 minute call so you can tell me about your needs and branding goals. We’ll discuss customization options, production timelines and high level pricing.
2. Quote & Design Mock Ups: We'll provide a comprehensive quote including material recommendations, a pricing estimate and delivery timeframe based on your needs.
3. Sampling & Approval: If needed, you'll receive product samples to confirm styles, colors, textures, and branding before full production.
4. Production & Shipping: Once approved, we begin production and shipping logistics. Production usually takes 6 week and shipping from Turkey can take 10 days to 6 weeks depending on time sensitivity.
5. Customs & Delivery: We handle international shipping, customs, and final delivery to your door so you receive your order hassle-free.

Yes! We offer pre-production samples and color dye-matching for an additional fee. Sampling helps ensure the materials, colors, and customization meet your expectations before full production.
Pricing is based on order volume, materials, and customization. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll provide a detailed quote.
Payment terms typically include:
- 50% deposit to start production
- Remaining 50% before shipment
We prefer to accept payment via bank transfers, but can discuss other options if it serves your business.
Yes! We manage all aspects of shipping and customs clearance for you. We ensure your order ships easily from Turkey and arrives to your doorstep without any issues.
