Production & shipping
Production takes about 4 weeks; shipping runs 10 days to 6 weeks depending on time sensitivity.
Customs & delivery
I handle international shipping, customs and final delivery to your door, so your order arrives hassle-free.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimums vary by product: towels start at 200 pieces, while robes can be as low as 50. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll confirm the minimum for your specific mix.
What customization options do you offer?
Literally anything you can dream up! Textile styles, composition, embroidered or woven logos, signature colors matched to your palette, custom sizing and weights, and branded packaging.
How long does the custom order process take?
Production usually takes about 4 weeks. Shipping from Turkey runs anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks depending on how time-sensitive your order is. Depending on the complexity of your project, from initial call to delivery you can expect around 3 months.
Can I receive a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — I strongly encourage it. You'll receive product samples to confirm styles, colors, textures and branding before committing to full production. We'll cover sample details and any costs on our initial call.
What are your pricing and payment terms?
Every project is quoted custom based on your products, quantities and customization. After our consultation you'll receive a detailed, all-in quote — I cover production, shipping, customs and sampling logistics, so there are no surprise costs downstream.
Do you handle international shipping and customs?
Yes. From production in Turkey through international shipping, customs clearance and final delivery to your door, I manage the entire logistics process so you don't have to.
