Orders
All orders ship out 24 hours or less after we receive your order. From there, you’ll receive your order within the shipping window that you selected at checkout.
Contact hello@shoppineandpalm.com within 30 minutes of placing your order to process a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.
If you are unable to process a cancellation, don’t worry! We’ll help you process a refund once you receive your order.
We stand by the quality of our products and we want you to absolutely love your order. If your order is damaged, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you return or replace your products. Contact hello@shoppineandpalm.com for help.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 60 days.
If you would like to initiate a return please email us (hello@shoppineandpalm.com) with your order number and the items you’d like to return and we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
If you would like to initiate an exchange please email us (hello@shoppineandpalm.com) with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exchanges can only be made for the same product in an alternate color. If you’d like to exchange for a new product, it’s best to return the initial order and place a new order for the products you prefer.
Yes, you can return your gift for an exchange or store credit up to 60 after the order was initially placed. To get started, email us (hello@shoppineandapalm.com) and let us know that you would like to return a gift. We’ll ask you a few questions to find your original order. And don’t worry – we won’t notify the purchaser of the return.

We currently offer two shipping options:
Standard ($10): orders will arrive within 3 - 4 business days
Express ($21): will arrive within 1 - 2 business days
All orders of $150+ in value will ship for free.

We currently ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

We do offer free shipping for all orders over $150. These orders will ship standard shipping and should arrive within 3-4 business days.

We suggest these general tips for keeping your bath towels, peshtemal and robes looking fresh and clean.
- Machine wash using a cool or warm water temperature
- Tumble dry on a low setting
- Wash similar items together (color and fabric)
- Avoid washing towels with clothes as zippers and buttons can cause damage
- Stay away from harsh detergents
- Dryer sheets are ok but wool drying balls are even better If you iron your towels, iron on a low setting
- Never use bleach to treat stains, instead we find that Oxyclean works well
Technically a Mediterranean bath towel is one that's made with cotton sourced in the Mediterranean region. But, for us, it's so much more than that. Not only is it about the quality of the cotton and the style of the weaving process, it's also about the practicality it brings to your bathroom. A Mediterranean bath towel is lighter than we're used to in the US, however, they are extremely absorbent and soft. They're easier to store, use and care for - all without losing the plushness. A peshtemal is a type of traditional Turkish towel, made of high quality cotton. It has a flat, woven texture and typically features bold, colorful stripes or patterns. Peshtemals are known for being lightweight, absorbent and quick drying which make them ideal for use as beach towels, bath towels or even as scarves, wraps or throws.
